Return Policy
Please note that Underwear does not grant cash or credit card refunds under any circumstances. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Underwear will happily exchange your unwashed, unworn or defective item(s) for store credit or exchange. The return parcel must be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase with a copy of the receipt enclosed. Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Out of respect and concern for your safety and hygiene we cannot exchange any garment with a crotch (this includes but is not limited to panties, teddies, certain sets, swimwear returned without a hygienic liner, and hosiery), or any intimate products or toys. Beauty products, candles and other vendor-packaged items are also not exchangeable. All sale items are final sale.

If you are concerned about size availability for your exchange, please call us at 512.478.1515 and one of our sales team will happily place the correct size on hold for you, or consult you in finding an alternative garment.

Shipping & Handling
Underwear will ship your online purchases using UPS. We offer four types of delivery methods within the Continental United States (Alaska and Hawaii will incur larger shipping costs): Standard Ground Service, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight. We do our best to process and ship orders as fast as possible, but please note that delivery times are only estimations and cannot be guaranteed.

3 Day Select: $17
2nd Day Air: $30
Overnight: $50

Care & Handling
Whether it is the bra you wear everyday, or that special set you’ve saved for a deserving occasion, the right care & handling or your lingerie is essential to its look and longevity. To get the longest life from your favorite foundations, we strongly recommend hand-washing all of your lingerie purchases from Underwear. Use a small amount of a light detergent, (we carry a few great delicate washes) and always let things air dry. The dryer is your lingerie collection’s worst enemy. If you must machine wash something, make sure you use the most delicate cycle and wash the garments separately from your other clothing. Certain items may require dry-cleaning, so please read care-tags carefully.

Private Events
Our distinctive boutique provides an excellent backdrop for lingerie showers, birthdays or any private shopping event. We are able to provide a range of hosting accommodations, from simply providing friendly staff and giving you free reign of the store, to catering food and drink and offering mini-makeovers.
