To keep the temps down in the kitchen this season we thought we might try something that doesn't require the oven
This frozen treat will definitely do the trick!
Wether you are throwing a pool party or just laying out with your favorites girls these popsicle are fun and refreshing
The best part is you can make them so many different ways. Here's our spin on Lauren Conrad's Gummy Bear Popsicles:
What you will need:
- Popsicle Mold
- Popsicle Sticks
- Pink Lemonade
- Gummy Bears
Follow Lauren's Simple Steps Below For The Perfect Summer Treat
1. Drop a few gummy bears into your popsicle mold. We made some that were multicolored and some that had a color scheme like green ombre and peach ombre.
2. Pour the pink lemonade into the molds. Use coconut water for a healthier popsicle but the pink lemonade ones taste a little better.
3. Freeze your popsicles for about four hours or until they are completely frozen.
4. Once frozen, take your popsicle mold out of the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for about three minutes to ensure they will come out in one piece. We found that this little thawing trick helps to pull them out without breaking. When we tried pulling them out right after taking them out of the freezer, they broke in half. You can also run warm water over an individual popsicle mold to help it thaw faster.
